Commissioning is only the beginning. An unmaintained infrastructure degrades in silence: postponed updates, ignored alerts, components at their limit. We take over this concern contractually, with scheduled checks and clear intervention times.

An unmaintained infrastructure degrades quietly. Alerts go out automatically, and the intervention window is the one set in the contract.

What it includes

  • Permanent monitoring. Critical alerts for network equipment and servers, with proactive intervention, not after the system has stopped.
  • Updates and patches. Firmware, security and operating systems, applied in a controlled way.
  • Configuration backups. Replacing a failed device takes hours, not days.
  • Periodic check-ups. Access control, video surveillance, fire detection and burglary protection, verified at regular intervals.
  • Hardware service. Diagnosis, repairs and component replacement, with escalation to the vendor where needed.
