In accordance with the data protection legislation in force (GDPR and the applicable national legislation), we present below our Policy on the processing of your personal data as a visitor of our website www.netitworks.ro.
“We” means our company, and details about us can be found at the end of this document.
Data we collect and the purpose of processing
We collect and process personal data that you send us voluntarily, when you want to contact us directly for support and assistance (questions or clarifications about our services, requests for offers, feedback, etc.).
As a rule, we process identity data (first and last name), contact data (email, phone) and/or data related to your profession (e.g. the company you work for).
When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we will process your email address in order to send you the newsletters.
We also automatically collect and process other personal data through IT systems and cookies (data such as IP address, geographic location, browser settings, visit duration, website page navigation, etc.), for the purposes of keeping the administration of the website secure, in the sense of diagnosing connectivity problems and preventing fraud, and of analysing aspects related to the website’s visitors (geographic locations, browsing preferences, etc.) in order to improve it.
We will keep the collected personal data for a limited period of time, in accordance with our internal policies and any applicable legislation, for as long as there is a valid purpose and an identified legal basis for processing the data.
The legal bases for processing are your consent (e.g. the processing of non-necessary cookies, newsletter subscription), our legitimate interest (e.g. automatic data collection), the performance of a contract (e.g. requests for offers with a view to contracting our services) or compliance with a legal obligation.
Data retention and transfers to third parties
We keep your personal data for a period no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned, in accordance with legal requirements and our internal data retention schedule.
The data collected directly from you is not transferred to any third party as standard, with the exception of the suppliers who provide the support services needed to run our business (e.g. website maintenance, IT technical support).
