Challenge
Our partnership with Brammer started in 2003, when the company Indis Partener was founded. At that time, they were looking for an integrated IT infrastructure solution that would help them improve their work processes and cover all their needs for this segment.
Solutions
Based on an initial analysis followed by the singling out of the specific solutions, NetiTworks has been providing IT and structured cabling services throughout this period, as well as the necessary IT equipment for their everyday needs.
In 2019, the company was taken over by investment fund Advent International Corporation (USA), through its subsidiary Brammer Romania SRL. Our collaboration continued, focusing on the outsourcing of IT services, based on a combined effort with their internal department.
Results
We accomplished numerous critical objectives, such as: server virtualization, network security, data backup, disaster recovery, critical equipment monitoring and permanent technical support.
